I'm well rested not waking up multiple times throughout the night is so nice,and not being draggy the following morning is HUGE. I’ve been using it for a couple of years now. I feel rested in the morning. I m a light sleeper and I sleep with earplugs but I also don’t fall asleep as soon as I as I hit the pillow. That’s why after I ve taken night time Tylenol I ve noticed this ingredient and then I going A2Z sleeping aid. I see how some people can report drowsiness but only if you don’t allow yourself at least 8 hour of sleep. I usually go to sleep at 10pm and I have my reminder set for 8pm to take it. My Husband started to take it too as he has to go sleep at 8pm to wake up at 4 am for work. I ve been recommending this to all my friends if the are light sleepers. I still wake up at night to use bathroom but I can easily fall back to sleep.
