You get what you pay for !!!
I purchased this roller after my last one kept squeaking. I am really picky about certain things and I couldn’t handle the squeak. This roller is a bit small and light weight. It does not squeak, the roller was not as smooth as I would have liked but I saw that you can adjust it, I never tried but it’s nice to know. Since the handle is not as long my hand would warm up the smaller roller and would not be as enjoyable when I went to roll around my eyes. Over all I think that it is a nice product for the price. You get what you pay for. I ended up buying a third more expensive one and gave this one way.

It works
Didn't know what to expect but I saw several youtubers using it and thought I would give it a try. At first, didnt notice a difference in my skin or face after using it. Didn't use it for a few days because I simply forgot. (Side note: I have been fighting a losing battle with a fat pocket under my Chin for a year.) I used it a few days later and I noticed that stubborn fat pocket wasn't so fat hours after I used it. And the light finally came on. Now, I know what the purpose of this Jade roller.I keep it in the fridge and use it every morning while watching the news. I roll it all over my face as instructed but pay special attention under my Chin area. I am very pleased with this purchase.

It broke after just a few uses!
One of the rollers broke off and cannot be repaired. This happened shortly after I started using it. This is a very flimsy product! The marketplace vendor emailed me after the product shipped with instructions, etc., which I found very helpful. Then he emailed me again after I received it, asking that I do a review. I responded to him about the broken roller, and have not heard back! Customer service is great as long as you don't have a problem, but when there is a problem, it seems there is no customer service!

Great product
I did enjoy using this jade roller on my face. I use oils on my face in the evening and using this made it easier to absorb the oils into my skin. It feels really nice when you roll it on your face. I also think it actually does help the oils absorb better into the skin. Great product, would recommend .

This is a good product for the money. Previous to purchasing this I used an ice roller. I prefer this one because I can use it warm or cold. It is helpful when I eat to many salty foods because it helps to eliminate puffiness. I recommend this product.

I like it so far
I've used the roller a few times and I like it so far. It's like a facial massager. I keep it in my refrigerator to keep it nice & cold.

Not well-made, but overall I would buy again regardless
I think this is a great product for helping you relax and bringing circulation to the face. Unfortunately, the small end pops off and I have to push it back on. I understand that I can submit for an exchange, but that’s just too much work for me! I would have given it five stars if it hadn’t fallen apart
