I shop and I know things!So, Philips Avent bottles. If I were a baby, this is what I would want to suck on. These bottles are sleek in design and they have a very European feel. Any baby being fed will feel stylish most definitely.Now that we got that out of the way, let us get into the technical information. They are well made. Extremely well made. Very easy to clean. You get a lot for your money with these bottles at a nice price. I bought the 2 ounce to start out with, and then the 4 ounce since I liked them so much. I now have a mini arsenal of them.I breastfeed, and they are great to pour pumped milk into. The design really works for breastfed babies, didn't have a lick of trouble getting my baby to latch.Personally I am a glass person and I had no problem feeling safe buying these bottles. They will travel wonderfully. I can honestly go on and on about how much I love them but you get the drift.So, 5/5 stars, would buy again. I am SUPER picky too. No, they didn't give me anything for free. I am just someone that likes writing reviews. Breastfeeding late at night, shopping on Amazon, I love reading them so I figured I would start a new hobby!

We've bottle fed five babies and this is the ABSOLUTE BEST BOTTLE we've ever used!! The nipple is amazing (never thought I'd say that sentence). It never inverts, like almost all bottles end up doing eventually. And it has four different measurements - US oz, UK oz, ML and CC's. I've ordered six of these for our twins and we'll never use a different bottle again. And SO CHEAP!! Easy to clean - fits perfectly in the Avent sterilizer. I would definitely recommend

My exclusively bf daughter was 10 weeks and wouldn't take bottles. We used Dr. Browns with our son but she did not like those so I bought several different brands including this Avent bottle to try. She did take this bottle but not well. Her favorites were the Tommee Tippe and the Comotomo bottles. She took those very well and then started to take all bottles including the Dr. Browns.I didn't have any issues with this bottle and the materials it's made of seem safe, it just wasn't her favorite.

One word Awesome:This is a great bottle, first time I gave my 1 1/2 month baby his first bottle he took with out a problem! There are many cases where nipple confusion may come into play with a child when you introduce a bottle then the next feeding go back to the breast. I did not have a problem at all having my child transition from the bottle to breast or visa versa. The ani-colic feature you can see working when the baby is drinking the milk.I tried looking for something that would help with anti-colic since I breastfeed my child, and this was fabulous. Suggest to anyone to use this bottle for the first time switching from breast to bottle. Another positive note, is there the bottle has a nice wide opening, so I can get a sponge in there, which helps with fast cleaning.I use these bottles obviously for breast feeding, but if I was providing my child formula I would suggest them. Reason is because the lids to not just come off the top there is a specific way to have the lid come off. Which is good if you have any formula that is already made and is in the liquid form, last thing we would need is for a mess all over the baby bag. The easy clean and size is great for putting it in a baby bag.

I’ve had a lot of success with these bottles with two kids who breastfeed and get formula. We haven’t had any nipple confusion or unwillingness to nurse after learning the bottle due to slower flow. Highly recommend for moms who have to supplement with formula (like myself) or working moms who pump.I run mine thru the dishwasher almost daily and the number markings haven’t faded. And it’s a comfortable size to hold, even my kids think so.

Nice material, good size, no breaking fear if dropped to floor, gas control technology, simulates great your breast and nipple. Great for mommas that also breast feed. It's a soft transition. Also it's a good bottle to teach them to hold bottles by their own. Very comfortable to hold up. What else do you need in a baby bottle?

my baby loves nursing even though i dont get much milk so i give baby formula and let him comfort nurse , this nipple is very close to breast shape so my baby prefers this bottle over Dr Browns that i used for my older child . there is significant amount of froth though in the bottle once baby is done feeding , but I am happy with this bottle as baby atleast takes it
