I suspect many of this design and price range of grinder all come from the same factory in China, with a few tweaks to design, they all look the same because they are. I went for it on chance but particularly as the handle is attached to the central spindle by a screw nut as my previous Hario grinder spindle quickly wore away after a years use.My first disappointment was that the base coffee grind section was very loose and had to be held together when grinding. I resolved this with some matt Scotch type tape around base of top section and it now fits nicely. My second issue is with the ergonomically uncomfortable handle, difficult to get your fingers around it comfortably. Finally the knob that tensions the grind is rather vague in its clicks.It does grind ok for aeropress but would avoid this type of grinder in general when next looking for a grinder. The Hario was nicer to use but the quick wear of the spindle was disappointing.

Well engineered, consistent and reliable back up grinder for my Mazzer Mini. Grinds finely and consistently enough for a good espresso. Easy to use and clean. Smart and stylish with a high quality look and feel. Superb product.

I have had this item for over a month and it's been enjoyable using it - no real faults, and I am really happy about what I got at this price. A couple of considerations as compared to a previous grinder I had (much more expensive though):- You can adjust the grind, but there's no numbers to provide indication of the size (so you are doing a bit of a guess work as to how much you've changed the grind size.... still a great thing it's adjustable at all, though)- You need to twist the nut at the top every time you want to add more coffee

Takes a bit of effort, approx 90 seconds of grinding per mug but makes a fine coffee. A quality product. Has a handy Tbsp scale at the bottom. I use two and a half for a strong mug of coffee
