Well, I decided to get these because I thought they were gonna be good. But I took him. About 3 or 4 days when I got them. I don't know if it's the mushrooms or something else, but uh. The texture is a good gummy texture. The flavor and smell is not the best. They smell like mushrooms and they taste a bit funky. Not enough to turn you off but just a bit. I just end up swallowing whole. To early to tell if they work.

They help my brain focus better, the real raspberry juice used for color and flavor/sweetening tastes great.

It's a really nice blend of mushrooms and they have a pretty good flavor. For the most part all fruiting bodies except for the Cordyceps as seems to be the case in lesser quality supplements. No extract ratios are given so the assumption is straight powder. Sugar. Glucose syrup of all things. Sadly I will not be coming back to these. Sugar does not love my body.
