I have IC, and when I go to work, I can't exactly plug in a heating pad and carry it around with me. These patches have been so helpful in relieving at least a little bit of my pain while on the job. They don't get as hot as I'd like them, but they're still pretty dang hot and last a long time. It says 8 hours, but I'm pretty sure they can stay warm longer than that. The portability is a life saver. Just stick it to your undies and it'll stay secure all day. They can get a little itchy after a while, but it's worth it.

I absolutely love these! I’ve probably purchased them at least five times in the past month alone, and I keep coming back to them because they work so much better than other brands I’ve tried. They stay warmer for longer than any of the competing heating patches I’ve used, which makes a huge difference. They’re convenient, comfortable, and provide long-lasting heat exactly where I need it. These are the best! I used them on an 11 hour flight for my lower and upper back and it was a complete lifesaver. I am so thankful I found these and tried them. They lasted about the whole flight. They don’t work well right on the skin, they don’t stick right, but I had an under garment I put them on then a shirt over the top so no one even knows you have the heat patches on. They do slightly remind me of a feminine pad, so you may want to wear two layers- and sandwich the heat pad in the middle. They are very thin and unnoticeable, but pack a perfect punch of heat. I did have to put them on after the bag check. Otherwise you have to take them back off to go through the scanner with your bag. I just put them on when I was sitting in my seat in the plane. Easy peasy. My favorite Amazon purchase so far this year. If you have lower back pain, try these!

The amount of time these patches last is wild compared to other brands I've tried before honestly!! I definitely wish more came in a package there's only 3 per box which is a bit 😕 so you have to buy several to make them last if you use them alot like I do. I've put it on my back for back pain not just abdomen and it's nice. They got hotter than the others as well which I like alot. So over all the fact that they last all day or half a day for sure is amazing as well as how hot they do become, but I do wish more than 3 came per box which is purely the only critique I'd say to these, otherwise they're worth getting. They are very helpful for my IC of my Bladder (painful Bladder condition) and my IBS when my colon has spasms, so I do use the patches for my Bladder and abdomen the most but I do for my back here and there as well, plus they're easy to use, as well and comfortable to wear. So I'll say 9 out of 10 stars pretty good!

My daughter says these help substantially during her cycles. I had endometriosis and suspect she does as well and these help her get moving on the worst of days. I had bought them for her before along with some other brands and these are the ones she likes the best.

I bought this without checking how many pouches it comes with. I have really bad period cramps, so I usually rely on a heating pad at home on high. Honestly, this alone isn’t enough, you’d need to use your regular heating pad first to ease the worst of the pain, and then use this on the go to help keep it under control. It doesn’t get extremely hot, but it did help somewhat. I probably wouldn’t repurchase because you’d need more pouches, especially considering the price. So I’d say it works and helps calm the pain, just not entirely worth it.
