This is absolutely excellent. I live in a tropical country where it is hot and humid all the time. This BR pressed powder stays on a long time and removes the shine - a very lovely matte look!I recommend this to ladies with fair skin especially in hot countries or during the summer inother places.

I have stopped using all of my other settings powders! I am 60 years old, and this is by far the best! If you have large poors, pat it on with the provided it pad, and use a brush to swirl inward over your poors. I will continue to use this product!

Hard too distinguish the shade.
I like it but, way too light for my complexion.

This product is not great.
I ordered this product to be a lightweight oil-absorbing setting powder. I still need to blot mid-day and it feels a bit cakey.

The product was cheap and just left me white.

Must blend in thoroughly!
This Beauty Rules invisible matte pressed setting powder works reasonably well. However, you need to make sure you rub it in completely or you will have noticeable white spots. Instructions simply state to apply onto skin with puff, and to reapply as necessary, and that it can be worn alone or over foundation. I have seen some setting powder tutorials that suggest letting the powder “bake” (set) for a few minutes before removing the excess. I do not know when you would do that versus just apply it and be done with it. The mirrored compact is decent, but I do not care for the sharp edge on the thin powder puff. I do like that this Beauty Rules setting powder is made in the USA. Overall, however, I prefer my usual, cheaper, “colored” finishing powder and will stick with that.

and I like this product
This powder is actually a pure white. It is not tinted some shade of beige or brown as many others are. My skin is fair, and I like this product. I am not sure if it will blend as well with skin or foundation on a darker person. It is not heavy, which is nice. The pressed powder is very firm and goes on thin and silky. I think it would be especially great for setting makeup on oily skin. The applicator puff is extremely thin and does not have any sort of loop or handle. I suggest using a brush or better puff if this product is used at home. The skinny puff that sits inside the compact is probably fine for occasional use. The compact itself is smallish and appears to stay shut better than other brands, so will be nice to have when I carry a smaller purse.

Fine matte finishing
Setting powder is great to use as the finishing touch to a make-up routine. This colorless option from Beauty Rules should work with just about any skin tone (if blended correctly), and it really does help the work put into your complexion last longer. It doesn't feel thick when applied, and it works especially well if you tend toward oily skin, as it helps absorb any excess moisture. The included applicator is too flimsy and not terribly easy to use. I ditched mine and have been using a brush instead, which works much better. It's made a great addition to my beauty routine.
