Not worth the money!
I’ve had my machine since Feb of 2026 & have just gotten so frustrated I came back to read the reviews to see if I was the only one…. Turns out I wasn’t!!! My machine constantly gets jammed. The bobbin thread is always getting messed up. & a lot of the time the damage will be so bad I’ll have to throw away the whole project. So so so frustrating!!!! I wish I could return it, I’m just so over it. I have a friend who got a completely different machine off Facebook marketplace for a couple hundred & she said hers is so easy. 😫😫😫 I recommend starting off with something less expensive & then working ur way up.

Missing items
My NQ1700E order was missing the operation manual, quick set up booklet, embroidery design booklet, and the video. The operation manual is a very necessary item! I had to go to the Brother site and download it!

Don't waste your money!
Don't waste your money. You can do a few projects and then get part way through another and the machine will jam. It is always the bobbin and knots up so bad it rips the project. Happens every single time. Wanted to contact seller but their business hours are terrible and I work too so impossible to get help. Pathetic machine!
