Fantastic Machine for Ice Cream Lovers!
We previously had the Ninja Creami, but this machine takes things to the next level — who doesn’t love swirl soft serve ice cream? It is a bit loud during operation, so headphones might come in handy, but the results are absolutely worth it. The texture is smooth, creamy, and truly restaurant-quality. I love the versatility of this machine — it’s perfect for making soft serve, milkshakes, gelato, or sorbet. It’s also a fun and delicious way to add variety to protein shakes or healthier frozen treats. Overall, a great investment for anyone who enjoys customizing their desserts at home. Highly recommend!

Very good, but noisy
I got this as a family gift for the holidays. We’ve only used it once, but the peach mango fruit whip was absolutely amazing. The texture was creamy. The instructions are easy to follow. Only thing I don’t like is that it’s very loud.

Fun and easy to use
Well made, makes great ice cream. It is hard to wait 24 hrs for the ice cream to harden. Love the slushy too!

This is what you want for protein, enriched, ice cream, organic as you like
I was totally skeptical, but now I’m a believer. This is an absolute must. I will say that I don’t think paying the extra for the soft serve feature is necessary. Just making the ice cream itself can be smooth and delicious enough and scoopable to put on cones. I’ve already become a master at making organic ice cream with protein powder additive.

DO NOT BUY DO NOT BUY OVERPRICED BLENDER THAT DOESNT ACTUALLY MAKE ICE CREAM
Do not waste your money on this overpriced ice cream dispenser. One of the dumbest purchases i have ever made. It does not make ice cream. You make the ice cream and then use this overpiced blender to dispense or mix it. First, you mix ice cream batter Then freeze it for a day Attach to ninja to dispense. This is NOT AN ICE CREAM MAKER, YOU ARE THE ICE CREAM MAKER. ITS A 350 DOLLAR DISPENSER THAT DOESNT ACTUALLY KEEP ANYTHING COLD. Chances are, if you're looking at this, you already have a kitchenaid mixer. BUY THE ATTACHMENTS FOR THAT AND SAVE YOURSELF 300 BUCKS. Even if you dont have a kitchenaid mixer, buy one and then buy the attachments and STILL come out ahead over buying this trash. NOT AN ICE CREAM MAKER BY ANY MEANS DO NOT BUY THIS. SAVE YOURSELF MONEY AND DISSAPOINTMENT Oh, and the portions you make with it? Hope there isnt more than 2 people enjoying it, because if you have more than 2 people, youre going to need 2 more freeze cups or whatever to have enough to enjoy. Buy an actual ice cream maker with a cooling element in it if you want to MAKE ICE CREAM. OH, there is also absolutely no insulation in the mixing cups, so it melts very quickly. This is not what its advertised to be. Dont make the mistake i made.

Great for Homemade Soft Serve
I’ve used the Ninja CREAMi Scoop & Swirl about five times now and I’m really happy with it. It works great for making soft serve and the texture comes out smooth and creamy every time. It is a little noisy—kind of like a blender—but nothing unexpected for a machine like this. Overall, it does exactly what it’s supposed to do and makes it easy to enjoy homemade ice cream and soft serve at home. Definitely glad I bought it.

Great Concept, But a Few Annoyances
I was really excited to try the Ninja Creami Swirl, and I have to say, it does what it promises: it makes genuinely good ice cream. It's been a fantastic way to turn my protein shakes into a much more enjoyable treat. The Good: The core function is great. The ice cream texture is impressive, although I found that adding a splash of milk to the top of the frozen pint before spinning helps the machine get started and results in a smoother consistency. I also appreciate the design touch of the pint clicking securely into place; it's a small but satisfying detail that lets you know it's ready. The Not-So-Good: Unfortunately, my experience came with a few frustrations. First, this machine is LOUD. It's definitely something to be aware of if you have a small living space or sensitive ears. I also frequently had to run the cycle twice to get the right texture, which adds to the noise and time. There were also some operational quirks. On several occasions, the machine just wouldn't start, forcing me to take the pint out and reseat it. I also noticed the blades would get a strange oily residue on them, and I couldn't figure out why. Sizing and Final Thoughts: My biggest disappointment was with the 'Swirl' version itself. The portion size for the ice cream feels too small to justify the feature. If I were to buy one again, I would skip the Swirl and go for either the standard model or upgrade to the Deluxe for the larger pint capacity. Ultimately, I ended up returning the unit because it arrived with a broken pint. Combined with the other small issues, I decided not to get a replacement just yet. It's a really good product in concept, but the execution has some flaws that made it not the right fit for me.

Worth it.
We love it! It is definitely worth getting the soft serve attachment if you are on the fence. The machine is basically a texturizing machine and it does its task well. One of our favorite soft serve recipes is just using vanilla yogurt so if you are looking for lighter, healthier options this is definitely a great buy. We use it a couple of times a week and plan on adding a peppermint mix in this week for the holidays.
