We have decided to upgrade from our older model of the roborock to this Saros 10. Already being very pleased with the older model, it was a very pleasant surprised to discover the many ways roborock has improved. One thing to look out for is that the docking station is quite big so make sure you have a good space for it. But it looks so elegant that it does not matter where it is. We have found a space for it right by the front room door. The robot works very well. Suction is great and it really gets to all possible corners it can. Its really good to take care and walk around with your robot the first time it is creating the map to catch any potential spots for it to get stuck. Obstacle prevention is very impressive and you get a photo of each obstacle it has identified and avoided. This means the robot hardly ever gets trapped. However, it sometimes fails to pick up smaller flatter bits on the floor (it is not completely fool proof) but good enough. It has been especially helpful when we set it to go upstairs where kids leave a lot of toys in their rooms. It was able to navigate that while still cleaning thoroughly. Mopping is good. I like the fact that it goes back to the station every 15-20 minutes to wash the mop. However, i would recommend to buy some extra mopping pads which can go in the laundry for a more thorough clean. I bought a few and change twice or three times a week. The biggest upgrade for me is the automatic water and detergent dispenser. At the beginning of the cleaning cycle, the robot fills the water and detergent in its tank from the docking station tanks. It also empties both the dust and dirty water by itself in the tank. This means I only have to fill/empty the docking station water tanks every 2-3 days. I have created a schedule so that it does a cleaning cycle every night so that I wake up in the morning to a lovely clean floor. The noise level is sufficiently low that it does not wake me up during the night while it's going. The only shame is that instead of a dust bin, this model once again relies on disposable dust bags. However, I was pleasantly surprised that the dust bag keeps for quite a while before needing replacement. This would probably be different for pet owners with pets who shed fur. Overall, we are very pleased with the roborock. While maybe on the pricier side, you do get what you pay for. Our last model has lasted us years and I believe this one will too. Coupled together with all the functionality, it is a great product.

This is top end cleaner. We had an iRobot vacuum a few years ago and this is in a completely different league. It cleans better and has far more suck. It mops well. Most of all it never bumps into things. It’s also very simple maintain and is not fiddly. The mapping is very effective and the app super easy to use. As for durability and value for money, I don’t know whether a cheaper one would work as well, but I do know this one does. It is annoying that it doesn’t come with even a sample of the cleaning fluid though. These should be bundled together.

Well what can I say! Having had previous robot mops I was very impressed with this one. It’s set up and use isn’t too bad but does take a bit of adjustment due to the options available. It looks very stylish and is of quality build! Its mopping ability is great at reaching the corners and edges and its ability to self clean is fantastic. It easily finishes my home with plenty of battery life left. I have not managed to get the arm to do much yet but with regards to its ability on carpets and hard floors it surpasses previous robots I’ve had. It is an expensive price and time will tell as to how it holds up but one week in and I’m very impressed.

I’ve only owned this for a month but am very pleased with it. I was worried the vibrating mop wouldn’t be as good as a spinning one but it cleans very well. The caveat is that I set it to intensively vacuum the whole floor then intensively mop and wash its mops every 10m2. These settings mean it takes 4-5 hours to clean the 90m2 downstairs of our house - that’s a long time but we’re not doing the manual work and as long as you set it up to work when you’re out it’s not a nuisance. You do have to fill and empty the fresh and waste water containers 2-3 times a week on these intensive settings. It is however a quick and quite satisfying job. The vacuum is very good on hard floor (most of my house) and ok on carpet. Our dogs and children play on the beach and bring most of it back to the house. Our hard floor (engineered wood and slate) has never felt so clean under barefeet. Our medium pile rugs look good but deeper dust and sand will stay behind as evidenced in the canister of a stick vacuum used following the Saros 10’s run. I have it on the lowest level of obstacle avoidance which seems fine but we pick up toys and also lift the dining chairs a couple of times a week to give it an easier life. I can’t comment on longevity. Seems well put together. Consumables seem a higher priced compared to others. I payed £799.

This has made my life significantly easier. Come down every morning to a mopped kitchen / utility floor and vacuumed lounge. Does a great job of mopping and exceptional vaccuming with a German Shepherd and long haired cat in the house. I'm amazed that such a small unit does such an impressive and thorough job. Mapping mode is brilliant, allowing me to take it upstairs and it gets on with hovering the entire floor. Obviously it's very expensive but worth the money if you have it.

After almost 6 months(yeah can’t return it now) here is what my experience is: Pros: - smaller hight so fits better in cramped places, lowers top sensor - has built in light for darker environment - auto wash and detach mop - mapping is very good Cons: - suction power seem quite a bit lower than the older much less capable models that this one replaced, no carpet is cleaner than before. Filter and brush are clean, they are not the culprit. - air filter must be cleaned every 2-3 runs, small and clogs half in a weeks usage - washing and drying the mop is actually very energy consuming so all in all this device will increase your energy bill - detergent consumption is extremely low even in the highest setting for usage which means less clean floors. Hard floors just being mopped never even smell like the detergent used(yes approved by Roborock) - with that many sensors it always gets to do many rounds in several spots especially if those are transitions between hard floor and carpet making it slow and inefficient App/control cons: - no option to detach the mop for manual drying via the app or any other way. When the mop is detached and in the dock you can’t remove it. - in room cleaning you can’t stop and edit the plan via adding a room or removing a room from being cleaned. Excellent idea and implementation around lowering top sensor and raising the body for high carpets, brilliant mapping capabilities but poor cleaning performance! Can’t recommend it.

Before I bought this i thought it was insane to spend this much on a robot vacuum cleaner, but this exceeded all my expectations. Everything is super well designed, one of the few products I can't even come up with an improved design for. It's incredibly effective, easy to use, cleans better than I do, and it's probably the best thing I've purchased. It really improves my living, I'm able to get it to clean my downstairs on my journey home when I'm bringing unexpected company, I'm finding myself spending time wiping down tables etc and just knocking the dirt on the floor before going to bed, knowing that the morning scheduled clean will pick it up, I don't feel bad cooking/preparing food right after cleaning because I can simply call the vacuum to clean only the area I'm in. It's also kind of fun to just drive around with the remote control feature too. The only issues I've had is its drive is not powerful enough to push my doors open (my bathroom door can block the hallway for it), and once or twice it got jammed sucking up something that came in the mail, but it's still orders of magnitude better than cleaning myself. My life is so much better after buying it. I just hope it lasts a long time!

Setting up the Roborock Saros 10 was incredibly easy — almost too easy! The most "difficult" part was just getting it out of the box. After that, it took me less than 2 minutes to fill the water tank with water and detergent, and the robot was ready to go. It mapped my 42m² apartment in just 10 minutes, and then immediately began vacuuming and mopping. The first clean took about 50 minutes, and the results were impressive. My floor has never been so clean — it genuinely feels like a new level of comfort walking into a spotless home every day. One of the biggest benefits is the time saved. I no longer have to think about vacuuming or mopping, and that daily clean feeling is honestly a game-changer. I highly recommend the Roborock Saros 10 to anyone who wants to save time, reduce chores, and enjoy a consistently clean home. It's one of the best home gadgets I've invested in.

Dopo aver provato tutti e tre i modelli posso trarre delle conclusioni (almeno sulla mia esperienza). Partiamo col peggiore, e anche più costoso, L50. Gestione delle mappe pessima, la torretta non passa sotto lo zoccolo della mia cucina quindi lasciava tutti i bordi da ultimare. Quindi lo vedi ritornare a pulire la stanza facendo solo i bordi, divani, mobili sotto cui non passa se non dopo, alla fine, quando abbassa la torretta. Per il prezzo che ha sinceramente si comporta meglio il predecessore. X40: non male, ottima l aspirazione e il lavaggio, se non fin quando non incontra i lunghi capelli di mia moglie. Da lì dopo appena un giorno dalla pulizia delle spazzole, i fastidiosi capelli incastrati ai bordi della spazzola creano uno spessore tale da provocare fruscii da rotolamento delle spazzole. No niente da fare. Q revo edge: La svolta. Avevo perso le speranze dopo due dreame (si comportava meglio il mio l20). Questo ha come unica pecca rispetto agli altri due modelli il “fastidio” di dover aggiungere un tappino di detergente nell’ acqua. Sorvolato questa pecca è davvero FENOMENALE. Niente più capelli incastrati, ho fatto la pulizia dopo un mese e,credetemi, non c’era davvero niente da pulire, rimane pulitissimo mentre coi dreame almeno ogni settimana dovevo piazzarmi lì a pulirli. Pulizia del pavimento ottima, idem aspirazione, risulta solo poco più rumoroso nell asciugatura rispetto al dreame L50 (il più silenzioso in questa fase) ma la gestione della mappa è sopratutto degli spazi ristretti é su un altro LIVELLO. mentre entrambi i dreame sbattevano continuamente sulle gambe del mio tavolo, il qrevo grazie alle spazzole che si ritraggono contro l’ostacolo (santa cosa) passa in modo delicato sugli angoli e spigoli più rognosi. Io mi sento davvero felice di aver trovato finalmente un prodotto davvero efficace, stavo perdendo le speranze invece mi sono dovuto ricredere. Se avete le mie stesse esigenze ve lo consiglio davvero, PROVATELO. Perché il tempo perso dietro ai dreame di fascia alta mi ha aperto gli occhi su questo marchio.

Wir haben einen Tierhaushalt und wollten im Alltag vor allem Unterstützung bei den Hundehaaren auf dem Boden. Genau dafür haben wir uns den Roborock angeschafft – und wir sind wirklich zufrieden. Die Einrichtung und Programmierung über die App waren sehr intuitiv und unkompliziert. Wir haben den Saug- und Wischroboter so eingestellt, dass er morgens seine Runde fährt, während wir arbeiten sind. So kommen wir jeden Tag in ein sauberes Zuhause zurück. Mit der Saugleistung sind wir sehr zufrieden. Gerade bei den Hundehaaren merken wir einen deutlichen Unterschied – es liegen einfach viel, viel weniger Haare auf dem Boden. Auch die Möglichkeit, bei Bedarf gezielt einzelne Zonen zu reinigen, finden wir praktisch. Wenn zum Beispiel nach dem Essen Krümel unter dem Esstisch liegen oder an einer anderen Stelle Schmutz entstanden ist, kann man genau diesen Bereich schnell reinigen lassen. Die Wischfunktion ist für den Alltag ebenfalls völlig ausreichend. Frische Flecken werden zuverlässig entfernt. Bei eingetrockneten oder älteren Flecken stößt der Roboter allerdings an seine Grenzen. Das stört uns persönlich nicht, denn wir nutzen die Wischfunktion hauptsächlich, um den alltäglichen Staub und leichten Schmutz zu beseitigen – nicht als Ersatz für eine gründliche Bodenreinigung. Insgesamt sind wir mit dem Roborock sehr zufrieden. Er nimmt uns im Alltag viel Arbeit ab und sorgt gerade in unserem Tierhaushalt für deutlich sauberere Böden. Wir würden ihn jederzeit wieder kaufen und können ihn guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen.

Nous avons deux Labrador et... on a un peu abandonné l'idée d'avoir une maison propre. Mais quand même. Il y a trois ans j'ai acheté un Roborock S5 avec fonction serpillère. La technologie n'était clairement pas au point et je me suis dit, pourquoi pas prendre ce modèle. Après déballage et test, ce robot est vraiment le top. La fonction serpillère parvient à quasiment effacer les traces de pattes / boue de nos chiens. Alors ça n'est pas aussi propre qu'après un passage à la main, encore que. Franchement c'est très bien. De plus je le trouve plus silencieux que mon S5 même en mode aspiration forte. Et le top, c'est que là où mon S5 n'arrivait pas à aspirer mon tapis, celui-ci passe dessus sans problème et là aussi, pour un robot ça fait clairement le job. Ca ne dispense pas d'un ménage hebdomadaire mais pour un nettoyage quotidien j'ai trouvé le robot parfait !
