Clarisonic Mia 2, Sonic Facial Cleansing Brush System, Sea Breeze

I am changing my evaluation of this product to zero stars. After 45 days of use the product has failed. The specific problem was the product would not recharge. In speaking with Amazon Customer Service, the Amazon representative acknowledged that other customers have experienced the same problem but he indicated that Amazon does not have a separate policy for defective products that fail beyond the 30-day warranty. This admission demonstrates that Amazon knowingly shipped a defective product and continues to offer this product.

Purchased Feb 27, 2025. Took 2 days for initial charge. Worked okay for about 10 uses. Then dead. Recharged for 2 more days. Would not turn on at first, held down power button for several seconds. When it finally turned on, it would not turn off. Now it will not charge, dead. Too late to return. I owned an original Clarisonic for 10 years, this is defective and you should now waste your money. Very disappointed.

I just replaced my old Mia after having it for 20+ years! My old one wasn't keeping a charge and I hadn't used it for a few weeks and started noticing how dirty my face was and I was having more breakouts. I am excited to have a new one with a lasting charge! My skin is thanking me!

This only lasted 6 weeks and it's completely dead. It won't recharge at all. I bought this one because I forgot the one I bought from QVC 10 years ago at my sister's place 2.5 hours away. The one from QVC still works. My son also bought one from Amazon and it lasted less than a month. Don't waste your money.

Great facial brush!

My son purchased this for me as a Mother's Day gift in 2025. It completely stopped working in early October, effectively lasting only 5 months. The first Clarisonic I ever owned lasted longer than 5 years, and possibly closer to 10 years! Not sure what went wrong with this one, but I'm extremely disappointed as it doesn't seem there is anything I can do to replace it (through Amazon). Clarisonic went out of business but I thought Amazon would back their purchases better :(

Right now I want to give it a zero rating. I bought this Clarisonic unit June 7, 2025. It died on me yesterday, May 29, 2026. Mind you, I didn’t use it for six months as I was away. Thankfully, I still have my original Clarisonic that I purchased at least twelve years ago. Bought this new one for peace of mind and was going to use the original for backup when the new one was charging. I gave the item three stars as I love the product when it is able to be used.

I had a Mia 1 and loved it. I got used to my skin being smooth and clean. I put a dab of Philosophy facial cleanser on the brush. It doesn’t spatter all over the way some of these scrubbers can. When I’m done I simply rinse the brush out well and set it to dry. I don’t use the other speeds on it- just the slow one. It’s easy to use.
