Disappointed – Region Locked Phone Not Usable in UAE
I ordered this phone on Amazon UAE, but after checking the box details, I saw that it is region-locked for India. It clearly says “First usage with India SIM card only,” which means it must be activated with an Indian SIM before it can be used elsewhere. This was not mentioned anywhere in the listing, and it’s frustrating to discover this only after receiving the product. I haven’t even opened the box because I already know it won’t work with a UAE SIM without going through extra steps. Amazon should clearly state this kind of restriction, especially for customers outside India. Very disappointed and now going through the return process.

Defective phone and no refund
I ordered this phone and upon sending it to Africa I found it's locked by supplier it cannot be used .I contacted amazon customer service they assured once am back to Dubai i can replace it.now they are saying it cannot be returned. How can I stay with a defective phone?
