This is a beautiful little drum with six different notes that are labeled clearly. A small mallet is included, as well as a little songbook with six songs to play. It's a fun destressing activity to play a few songs on this, and I'm sure my blood pressure goes down while plunking away at the notes!

I wanted to try placing this out in my garden for the rain, and it's a bit small for that purpose, although it does still make music if you can hear it over the rain! But it's such a cute little instrument and for anyone like me that fidgets often, it's fun to have something to do with your hands that sounds beautiful and ultimately leads to even more calming feelings and actually helps with the fidgeting associated with over stimulation/stress.

I recently purchased the Stell Tongue Drum, which is compact at 3 inches and features six notes. It’s designed for meditation and chakra work, and it does the job for those purposes. The small size makes it portable and easy to handle, and the sound is pleasant for meditation sessions.However, the limited range of six notes can be somewhat restrictive if you’re looking for a broader array of musical possibilities. While it serves well for calming tones and basic meditative practices, more advanced players might find it lacking in versatility.

This is a nice little fidget toy that I keep on my desk. I like hitting the notes and hearing them ring out, it's calming for me. I like the build quality, being fully made out of metal. It has 6 motes total (one of which being an octave above the first note). Each note is marked as a position on a scale, which is nice. The only sorta bummer is that not all notes ring out the same. Still fun to play, but it takes a bit of the satisfaction away. Overall, nice little steel pan.

The Melkus - Steel Tongue Drum is a nice little (3.8"), 6 note mini drum for meditation. It is a gold color that has a bronze look. The drum comes with a small wooden drumstick and a music book. This would be a neat addition to an office desk for stress relief or a great gift too. The music book includes several songs that are neat to play. We have enjoyed having this small drum and especially love the beautiful music that it makes when played.

It looks just like the picture. The sound Is great period I definitely would buy again but next time one bigger.This is a little too small.
