Worked so good for 2 hours...except the distance of coverage inside. I unplugged it mounted it higher plugged back in and nothing.screen flashes and power light on. No signal light....no bars...tere is no Support line except a china phone number. Tried contact us on site : email was returned undeliverable. No warranty info or info for help in box.It was really working well when it did well except i had to stay right next to inside antenna. Seemed well made ..dont know what happened. Possibly just a bad unit... Took it too other house which has excellent service hooked it all up plugged in and got nothing still.....so definitely something wrong with box or cable to antenna....the coax comes rolled so tight...i would never roll coax that tight and wonder maybe it is the culprit....but not going throw money after it when i cant see how to contact company. Decided to research more ...find another company with chat or some kind of communication. It was the Best two hours tho...

It has a display and it works. I have a local tower that transmits 2250 Mhz at 3000m from my house which is out of frequency range for this product. I did find a band 5 tower over 7 miles away from my house and displays 3 bars of service (verizon). Used a free cell tower locator app to find the info.update : after 1 month after purchase this booster is dead. It made a little noise and the display was fading on and off, after unplugging it and checking on the weather (clear skies) and the antenna (still there) I open it up... yep burnt up components, It could have been poor solder connections but im starting to point to this cheap transformer they send with the set up.

I really, really hate having to write a review like this. I really wish there had been more reviews like this one before I wasted my time ordering however...First off, I've had *expensive* repeaters in the past that worked great. They all take a bit of tweaking with tye install to get things "just so", regardless of price point. At $90, this appears to be a great deal on the surface, and would be IF it worked at all. I did a temp install with this kit in the same location as my previous (working) repeater, which suffered death by lightning. Once all hooked up, the repeater came on, did its thing, and showed full signal on both bands. I watched the 2 bars on my phone drop to 0... so it not only didn't boost the signal, it hindered what little I did have.I tried everything in the FAQ, help section, etc, and nothing made an ounce of difference. Everytime I turn this thing on, any signal I had goes away within seconds. Also, there are really no indications as to which antenna goes where. They can be installed either way, and I tried both (again, no difference at all).Bottom line, this does not work. To get a quality unit that will perform properly requires about 3 times this investment. You very much get what you pay for here. I returned this one and ordered one from Fusion for Home, which works like a champ on ALL bands used in the US. (I got the omni/whip kit for $299 fwiw). My 5 star review for that one is also posted.Save your boxtops and get something else!

I can get calls in my basement now! Took off a star for the crappy instructions. Unit is not the same on the instructions. Wasn't 100% sure which side the antenna went in but if you orient it like the picture it works.I don't even have the recieving antenna outside. It's near a winfow and the box is nearer the middle of the house. It doesn't broadcast signal far. If you had to have your phone in a window to get calls, this unit makes it so you can just have your phone on you.If you mount it outside you should have a grounding block. Super unsafe not it. Should probably remove all stars for that.

Western Pa. a Sportsman's Club located bottom of a hill in the woods my iPhone when I was outside would receive 1bar dropped calls all the time outside, inside the building (metal roof) No Service. Verizon Band 13 found tower with tower app. Mounted antenna 23Ft mask 3/4 conduit ran cable inside clubhouse. I now have 4Bars 4G inside Club outside 3 bars if you stand by a window. I can stream TV very happy with booster & antenna. Directions suck they show cables hooked up backwards. For 118.00$ you cant go wrong. I have now been using booster for 2 weeks the green LED hardly ever comes on and the signal bars flash on and off after talking to other buyers they have the same characteristics must be the way its should operate. Still getting 4G 4Bar very happy with product! USED FOR 6 MONTHS IT JUST STOPPED WORKING ! I CALLED PHONE NUMBER 40 TIMES NO ANSWER SENT EMAIL NO ANSWER YET THERE IS A 2 YEAR WARRENTY HOPEFULLY THEY HONOR

Product worked very well for one month, then quit working at all. I cannot tell if it is the booster or the power supply. Is there any warranty on this product?UPDATE: I contacted SANQINO. It did not go well. They requested photos of the equipment and antenna. I had already explained to them that the antenna worked very well for about a month, then it suddenly stopped working and went cold. The red light showed that the power supply was working, but the booster was cold. the SANQINO people gave me the run around claiming that I needed to uninstall the antenna from my roof and move it, because a new tower must be blocking the signal! So, they are not going to replace the dead booster under warranty. I am going to request a refund from Amazon.Update: Amazon will provide me a full refund and pay for the return of the purchase.

Great buy!! We instantly had better reception. We installed a metal roof and would always drop call after call and would have to go outside to call people. Now we can get call and call out. Would recommend to everyone and all! Very easy to install!!

Plugged in after putting antenna outside and got all bars lit up with green light. Only gave maybe one bar on my Verizon phone but I thought better then nothing. Now after few weeks no bars no green light. Nothing. Checked all connections still nothing. Weird part is my phone reception didn’t change which means the item is worthless even when it was all lit up.
