Arrived on time. Great. I had bought hair dye online from another seller in a panic which came without developer. Bought this online too after a call to my hairdresser. 3% may not last long..but it has done the trick. XX

Broken cap in pieces TAPED on the bottle
Cap was broken in pieces and TAPED prior to sending it to me. Half the product leaked in the package. The irony? I'm asked to return the product to get a refund. How the hell am I supposed to return this if there's no cap??? I usually don't write reviews but this is simply outrageous.

A known faulty product sold with top taped up.
This is really poor. Product was clearly broken before sending as cello tape was holding the cap on. Peroxide leaked all over the package and the cap is not usable at all as smashed.
