This is a great book for people with sacroiliac S1 problems. It explains what the condition is and gives well-explained exercises that are easy to do.The exercises gave me some relief from my condition. It's just what I was looking for.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Not as helpful as I thought it would be

Sadly this is not what I was expecting. This book does not address the issue of a SI joint that has become painful ( musculature) and or misaligned. However it does have stretches and some beneficial exercises… Not the book it was promoted to be. This is disappointing for someone wanting relief.
