NuPasta Konjac Spaghetti 210g (Case of 8)

When I want spaghetti this is my go to now to keep my carbs low. It is not the exact texture of regular spaghetti but I didn't expect it to be. It is close enough to satisfy my craving. I will purchase again!

Finally got my first order. Followed instructions and made with a Low Carb tomato and basil marinara sauce. The pasta did exceed my expectations. I was concerned with how well the pasta would hold up to heat, and it did very well and did not get mushy or start to fall apart. There was no fishy or fish taste. The pasta does have a slightly difference texture than pasta, but it should since its not classic pasta. The pasta is slightly chewy, but not bad or terrible. With time Ill get used to it just like with no carb breads. My only negative is portion size. The pasta and sauce alone would not work as a meal for me. But if you add with salad or veggies or low carb garlic bread, it would do just fine. And that is what I plan to do. Im very pleased with this product and will buy again.

Will not but again. Texture not to my liking. Taste was ok, drained well, cooked in some evo with garlic then topped with my sauce. Just not a fan of the texture, didn't really have a flavor. I'll stick with zuchinni noodles or spaghetti squash.

This is the best konjac noodle brand I've ever had!! The texture is very firm. I always plug my nose when rinsing any konjac products because I don't like the smell but afterwards the smell doesn't linger and the trade for less calories is worth it.

I absolutely love it. Yes it has an odd smell when you first open it. Just do as the instructions say, wash them, and heat them. Then cook as normal and there is no problem. It does well to absorb the taste of what you cook it with.

I called the company of Nupasta. the rep told me in the winter they dont ship on the east coast because of the winter. this is ridiculous because the miracle noodles i ordered had no problem with shipping it here.

I was okay. It gave me stomach problems though. Maybe I’m not used to it.

It was gross!! Tried twice to eat it different ways but couldn’t finish it.

These are a good substitute. We’re on keto and no longer eat any pasta, these do maintain a similar texture and have a very plain taste, so if you’re looking for a noodle substitute these work well. I’ve tried other konjac noodles and some are very thin and not a solid texture, these are not like that. We also avoid soy but as these contain organic soy, We’re good with this as our noodles.

If you're on a LCHF or keto or any other kind of diet restricting your cabohydrate intake then you can relax and enjoy these without fear. A bit pricey but when you have to choose between no spaghetti and this spaghetti you will always choose this spaghetti. Always rinse well in cold water then blanche in boiling for a minute followed up by a couple of minutes to dry fry these before you use them and you'd be hard pressed to tell the difference once they're sauced and served.

I love this pasta, and I wanted something that was low in carbs. When you first open it does have a fishy smell, but after rinsing really well, you don’t even notice. I pan fry after rinsing for 5 min or so, to get all the water out. You can use these noodles for pasta and as a Chinese noodle replacement. The noodles are even good with Indian dishes. Do not listen to negative reviews these noodles are awesome and guilt free. !!!!!!!!!!!

I ended up in the hospital with an obstruction after eating this. Felt like I was taking a gallbladder attack. I found out afterwards that this stuff is banned in some countries for that reason along with it being a choking hazard, which I can see because it's very rubbery and must be very well chewed. I contacted the seller to return the product and explained to them my situation and was given an "oh well, too bad" type of response. I highly advise against this product and seller

I use these in keto ramen and it's the greatest. Give them a good rinse, let them soak in the broth, sauce, or whatever you're using them in, and you're good to go. Has more of a snap than a chew which is a little strange, but when faced with noodle-less ramen or NuPasta ramen, I will ALWAYS take the NuPasta. Give them a go!
