Microsoft surface go refurbished excellent
Why did you pick this product vs others?:I’ve always liked Microsoft surface. I’ve used it quite a bit. The product I received might’ve been refurbished, but it looks brand new works perfectly. Do not have a problem with it and for half the price fantastic job.

Windows Laptop
This computer has touchscreen and fingerprint reader for ease in login and all around computer use. The battery charges quickly and it took a couple of days to need recharging. I have a Surface-Pro for work and decided it would be great for my personal usage.

Buyer Beware - May Require Some Effort and Expertise
I purchased two of these "renewed" laptops and neither was in "ready to set up" condition. One of them had an Enterprise edition of Windows 10 installed, and required a school or work account to set up. Even after a cloud download of a clean version of Windows and a complete reset, it still showed up with the Navant log-in window requiring an organizational account. I am in the process of returning this one. The second PC seems to have been abandoned part way through set-up, and we wound up locked out because someone else's information was still in the settings. I was eventually able to get it working after a full reset, but after a lot of wasted hours. Guess this is a case of "you get what you pay for."

Laptop came in good condition with minimal marks on it. Have been using it about 2 months now and have had no issues.

No backlit keyboard
Laptop is fine. Would have been perfect if it had a backlit keyboard.

FUNCTIONALITY REVIEW
The media could not be loaded. Got this laptop for school about a month ago and so far it has worked great. Keypad is smooth, all applications are speedy with no delay as long as your on wifi. Nice size to fit in my backpack or tote bag. Sleek grey color.
