Works very well
The unit works very well and solved a connection issue that I had. However it was not easy to connect it: the model number was not recognized by the web site for en easy installation. Contacting customer service was a great experience as the individual walked me through the installation until it was completed.

Easy set-up -- works well with Apple Mac/iPad/iPhone clients
We have Macs at home and have used Apple AirPort WiFi routers for ~15 years. When the main one gave up the ghost recently, based upon Consumer Reports recommendations, we got this trio of Asus ZenWiFi 7 Mesh routers. I wasn't sure how well they would play with the Apple ecosystem, but they were easy to set up and work great. I had no problem supporting a second "guest" WiFi network, also (and it looked like they might support even more than 2 WiFi networks [SSIDs]). I would certainly recommend these!

Careful with WiFi 7
WiFi 7 doesnโt work with all devices (older) but pleased with all else.

Mesh routers are expensive but in some cases are the right solution.
This is one of three Mesh routers (BT6, BT10 and the main router), all working fine in our cement Panama home. Tough environment. Brief drop out on my phone as I walk through the home and my devices switches to the closest router.

Easy to install. Great performance
I am very happy with my purchase of the ASUS ZenWiFi BT6 Tri-Band WiFi 7 Mesh router. It works perfectly with my Asus GT-AXE11000, and provides good coverage on the second floor of my house, in the areas I need coverage. It was very easy to set up. I connected it to the ethernet port on my router, and the rest was pretty much automatic. My main router is on the first floor, and together they give me good speed and good coverage. If I need additional coverage, I have no doubt about buying a corresponding Asus Mesh router.

Dont buy it
DO NOT BUY โ Six Months of Frustration, Still Unresolved I have owned four Wifizen BT6 nodes for six months and they have never worked properly. The roaming between nodes is completely broken โ every time your device switches nodes, you lose connectivity for up to five minutes. For a mesh system, this is a fundamental failure. It gets worse. They recently pushed a new firmware update that actually performs worse than the previous version. As of today, I am forced to run a separate 2.4 GHz network just to stay connected, because the 5 GHz band has stopped working entirely. I spent nearly USD 700 on this system and it cannot do the one thing a mesh network is supposed to do. The support is just as bad as the product. I opened a ticket over a month ago and the only response I have received is a recurring message saying someone will contact me within 1โ2 business days. No one ever does. The Spanish-language support team appears to have no technical knowledge of the product whatsoever. Save your money. There are far better mesh systems available at this price point.

Asus ZenWifi BT6
This is an amazing router, I was looking for something with robust security and this Mesh router does not disappoint. You will need to go into the router's GUI and setup the security features, if you aren't tech savvy no worries use AI to help you with setting it up properly. This was an upgrade from the tp-link deco (worst router i have ever owned) someone got into my network and it was a complete disaster their customer service/tech support is absolutely horrible. This router made me an Asus customer for life! the build quality is also impressive, i can't figure out why this router has such a low rating on amazon. You really can't go wrong with this mesh router i highly recommend!

Rock solid and excellent no-sub extras
I donโt know what others are smoking, but once you set this up properly to take advantage of all mod cons to work with your latest devices, esp. MLO for your current phones, set up all your devices and computers, isolate your IoTs, and It cooks! Also, use the web interface for maximal tweaking.

Hyped
My old Asus 5300 did a better job functioning as part of a mesh in the basement.

It should be better!!!
After a month the router is fine. Two Asus ET9 mesh routers connected to it keep disconnecting intermittenttly. The mesh system barely covers a 2 storey house of 2700 sqft
