I like that it is aluminum free. I found that the baking ability is good and good quality, good value for my money, I’ve only just got it so the expiration date is not for some time, there really isn’t any taste.

For whatever reason they don’t sell aluminum free baking powder in the store, I don’t know! But this is a great price for getting two, they last me a long time and it’s no change in how much recipes turn out! I keep this saved in my list because I buy it regularly! Always go aluminum free!

Works just like it should. One star off since this product does not have a straight edge at the top to level off when measuring. Wonderful to find an Aluminum free baking powder. I like that it comes in a two pack so I could share it with my daughter who has a one year old.
