BEWARE - FORMULA CHANGE
BEWARE - FORMULA CHANGE I liked the product overall, especially the lack of fillers. I have supplemented magnesium for a while. On my second order/bottle the formulation changed- there now is half the amount of vitamin C included. 1st bottle (ordered January 7, 2026) had 80 mg/89%, 2nd bottle (ordered May 10th, 2026) has 40 mg/44%. The capsules look the same (there is no noticeable space that you think might occur with less product).

Best Sleep Aid I’ve Found
This is the most effective magnesium I’ve ever used for sleep. I take 5 capsules (540mg) before sleep and it only takes me a half hour to fall asleep instead of 90 minutes to two hours. I’ve used magnesium glycinate from a few other brands (Doctor’s Best, Double Wood, etc.) but none were as effective as this one for getting me asleep. No fillers, just a little vitamin C which mostly acts as a preservative.
