Good but you need to know how to use it
So I bought these pills to fix my sleep and when I read some of them I realized that a lot of people don’t know how to use them so here’s what I do: 1. Eat one of these before going to bed about 30-60 minutes 2. When you go to bed make sure to sleep in a cold and pitch black room it helps a lot And that’s it really I hope people found this helpful and also the dose doesn’t matter swallow 3mg 5 mg any dose is good enough

I dont know is it not effective Or the issue on me, it didnt make me sleepy although I tried 2 tablet which is 6mg Is it not a good quality??
