## Description

This fry pan's large size provides ample cooking space, plus fully clad stainless steel distributes heat evenly across all surfaces. The thick metal body is durable and retains heat for an excellent sear.

Review: Fantastic US made pan! - Very nice!!! I tried multiple 12 inch skillets until I finally found the one! I bought a Goldilocks, which had pitting in the pan right out of the box, they replaced it twice, and all 3 had the same defect. I tried All-Clad D3, which had way too deep of a "relief" in the bottom of the pan to combat warpage, which made it take absolutely forever to heat, and also made any liquid in the pan flow to the sides. Not an issue with this Heritage Steel pan! there is still a relief to this pan (which there needs to be) but it is far smaller of a relief. This makes the pan sit nicely on my stove, and still heat well. I have only made pork chops in it so far, but it made them well, and clean up was a breeze. I think part of this is due to the fact that the pan feels more "smooth" than others because of how the ridges in the pan are ground down. This means the hills and valleys of the pan are less pronounced, so there is a smaller amount of food that will get stuck. I will say the lid has a very small dent on the top of it, but I don't really care. Great pan. Great value. Time will tell its durability. If you're on the fence, just buy it.

It heats up quick, cooks well, I've had zero issues with sticking, and it's extremely easy to clean. Occasionally needs washed with some white vinegar to keep it looking sparkly and pretty but that's all the maintenance I've had to do with it. Top notch, says I.

Awesome pan! Slight learning curve from traditional pans but 100% worth the effort. From searing meats to making pasta dishes it does it all. The pan cleans up very easily with a metal scrubber and you don’t have to worry about damaging it along with it lasting a lifetime being stainless steel. 10/10 in my book!
