Flourish Millworks Diastatic Malt Powder is amazing! My whole wheat bread rose incredibly high, tasted great, had a nice soft texture and no mold after almost a week! Also, I only used 1 tsp. for 3 1/2 cups of flour which is much less than dough enhancer takes for the same amount of flour. I really like the fact that it is produced entirely in the United States in North Carolina. GREAT PRODUCT and a GREAT PRICE. I love this Flourish malt powder!

I use this for sourdough bagels and it works GREAT!!! It has a great taste and price! I love near Dallas and haven't found this in any stores.... Thankful we can get all the great stuff unavailable at stores from Amazon!!

This diastatic malt is really nice, it came fresh and I used it immediately and it added a nice flavor and texture to my bread. I only used a tiny pinch in my brioche as it already has a soft crumb, but this really came out great and moist. Best brioche I've made yet and I'm going to make another soon. It rises beautifully, smelled amazing, and the crust came out with a nice crisp texture and sweetness. I definitely won't be needing more anytime soon but will purchase again when the time comes. Its a decent size for a home cook and should last a year.
