It’s been few weeks since we got these supplements. After all the negative reviews about triggering allergies, we started with 1 pill rather than 2 because of the source of iodine. It’s great. My wife feels great, it lowered inflammation, no more joint pain, mood got better and lost few pounds. She is taking 2 pill as directed. I also bought for my mom and sister. They really like it. The Cardiologist told me that my heart was skipping a beat.
