This book is amazing, the pictures are beautiful and the information is not only knowledgeable and simple but also has a bit of culture to it. Knowing how some of these remedies came to be and how they are used by jamaicans and their culture makes it more gainful. Thank you for this inspiring piece. It's my first buy from this author and I'm really liking it. I'd give 10 stars if it existed. Superb.

This is an excellent book of remedies that will find very useful. You may be able to help your body heal from common illness, naturally. The book is well written and easy to follow. I highly recommend you purchase this book to have it on hand for when needed.

I was expecting better quality graphics and paper type for the inside pages, letters are big but not too big. I am disappointed that an envelope was used to ship the delivery. Now the entir book has a permanent fold. The content is good however so I'll keep but I wouldn't order again.

It’s clear that a lot of care went into creating this each herb is described in detail, with traditional uses, preparation methods, and cultural background. I’ve already learned so much and can’t wait to try a few of the remedies.
