GREAT CUSTOMER SUPPORT Reason why i gave a 3-Star Overall Rating is because it was defective. so couldn't do the sub-ratings. The lift mechanism & they hydraulic cylinder didn't fit properly so was going to return the product. I contacted their support team and explained the situation about the defective chair. They were very responsive and issued me a full refund. They also did not require me to return the defective chair. This was AWESOME customer support. So in the end although the product i received was defective, their support team took great care of me. Because of the Company's GREAT Customer Support, the experience didn't sour me from shopping with them in the future.

I assembled by myself and that added some level difficulty that if I had had one person fopr about 5 minutes it would have gotten a 5 star on being able to assemble easily

Had the chair for a few months before noticing a tilt and creaking noises. shortly after the year mark it the wood underneath started to split from the bottom half. if you're careful you can actually find a halfway decent chair for the price of this one. just look elsewhere.

One of the screws has its head filled with metal. Can not use it. The assembly of the hand rests and the seat and the backrest was extremely cumbersome and misaligned no matter how many times we tried. Except for the seat and backrest, the rest of the chair looks completely sub standard. Should have bought others in store from Office Depot or staples. Bad. Bad.
