It says 60 count (pack of 2) but I actually got one bottle of 60. They are what they say they are and the tablets are coated for easy swalling. 800 mg a day has dramatically reduced the pain and stiffness if feel from arthritis due to lupus. I was surprised at how less stuff I felt, I didn't realize how stuff my joints were. I still have some pain and stiffness so I will probably increase it in a few weeks time.

High grade SAMe to help with my mood. Make sure you put it in the refrigerator for best results as the pills go bad from heat and crack. This is really a great product for depression and to increase your positive mood. I take this and stopped taking prescription depression meds.
