Flavorful
This cheese is awesome! Each one is very flavorful in a unique way, yet they go great served together as well. They are a very generous size as well. Highly recommended!

Doubt it's Dairy
About a cup amount I mixed chopped pieces with leftover ground beef, succotash and rice, put in micro on low for 1 minute. the food was warm, but the cheese did not melt. I cut a 2"x 1/2" piece put in micro for 30 seconds. It came out looking like half loaf of bread with big holes and the other half oily almost slime. The taste was as they were labeled but not very full bodied.
