These pills really work very well for me to digest because it takes everything out of you. I don't take it every day only when I have eaten too much junk food I take them at night and the next morning you are already running to the bathroom very easy to swallow and they do not taste bad personally I have not felt any effect of pain or something like that, it works 100% for an intestinal cleansing.
