It’s Avene! Their cream la and lotion tend to work for me and this cream works well for current itching and irritation. The cream sinks in without feeling greasy and after using it for several days consistently the itching has mostly disappeared. I used it on my face/forehead for an unknown cause of itching and irritation without visible rash. I use other avene products as well. A reliable skincare brand in my opinion!

I love this Avene XeraCalm Eczema Calming balm and have been using for some time. I have rosacea and extremely dry skin. Twice a day I take a little XeraCalm and a couple of drops of castor oil and it works a miracle on my face. The XeraCalm takes the redness out of my face and the castor oil added does double duty with softening skin and keeping pustules at bay. Absolutely nothing I have used works as well as this combination and I have tried so many moisturizers. I also have rosacea on my scalp and ofter the crown of my scalp gets very red and sore. I just rub a little XeraCalm into the area and within a short time scalp feels so much better.

Does not break me out! Works pretty good under makeup if you let it sink it- using at night would be best. Definitely helps calm the skin although not as hydrating as my physiogel redness relief cream. A great option if you feel like everything you’ve tried breaks you out

Expires in 4 months, but cream is good. Helps a lot. Can’t agree with 48 hours hydration but helps very well when I use it every 3-5 hours

First let me say i have 66 year old skin and live in FL. I get red spots, sometimes dry and itchy. I use several products from this line, introduced to me back when Amazon sold only books online. This is a light, but substantial creme that i apply to spots. If it’s redness, wake up the next morning and the redness is gone. I apply to 2small areas on my face morning & night after iwash my face and brush my teeth. I always brush my teeth before i wash my face because any toothpaste with whitening or tartar control properties irritate my skin. Use just a little. Then apply moisturizer. Great size tube and quite cost effective. It hydrates the really dry areas. Not a noticeable scent. Evens out my skin tone and texture.

I always put lotion on my hands after I get in bed right before I go to sleep, just like the women on TV. I've done that since long before I knew it was a TV trope because I wash my hands often and I live in a super dry climate, so it just makes sense to do that. But anyway, I'm not a huge fan of this one. My skin on my hands can get dry and irritated a lot, so this sounded like a good moisturizer for me. But I find that it's pretty greasy and it doesn't really seem to absorb into my skin very well. I end up wiping my hands on a towel so I don't lube up my sheets while I'm sleeping.

I love this for my psoriasis. Use this on my elbows and legs and it relieves my flare ups.
