Micro-serrated knives do not require sharpening and will retain a sharp cutting edge for the lifetime of the knife.

Are all Jean Debost products dishwasher safe?

Most Jean Dubost products are dishwasher safe, however hand washing is recommended to extend the life of the product. Pieces with wood handles or brass accents are not dishwasher safe.

**AUTHENTIC & BEAUTIFUL**

Anyone that has rated this set less than 5 stars has unfortunately purchased fakes. Sadly there are so many different versions out there that are made in China, not France. Know what you're buying and do your research!!! Authentic Lagiole flatware is heavy, durable and will last for years!!!

Very disappointed.

The knives are great. The rest is AWFUL. One fork too big, one too small. Ditto on the spoons. No wonder restaurants use the knives but never the rest.
