Versatile and Reliable – Great for Cooking and Coaching!
This kitchen timer with 3 separate countdown/count-up timers has been an absolute game-changer—literally! I originally bought it for cooking, and it works perfectly for that. I love being able to set different timers for various dishes, especially when I’m making a big meal with multiple components. It’s super easy to use, the buttons are responsive, and the display is clear and easy to read. The loud alarm is a lifesaver—no more burned food because I got distracted! But where this timer really helped me was on the sports field. I coach my daughter’s lacrosse team and started bringing it along to help with game management. I use one timer to track the total time elapsed during each half, and the other two to monitor how long individual players have been on the field before rotating subs. It is so much less stressful than trying to rely on my iPhone during a fast-paced game. The clip and magnet are convenient, and I just stick it on the clipboard for quick access. Honestly, I didn’t expect a “kitchen” timer to be this useful for sports, but here we are! Whether you're timing a roast or a roster, this little device gets the job done. It’s reliable, affordable, and surprisingly versatile. I’m tempted to buy a second one just so I don’t have to keep switching it back and forth between my kitchen drawer and my coaching bag. If you need a solid, multi-purpose timer, this one’s a winner.

It was Time…. eeeer
The timer that we had was about 10 years old and the buttons no longer had writing on them, but it still worked until the magnetic stand let loose and fell to the floor. This unit is a fantastic replacement. 3 separate screens for 3 timers. Easy to use. This is such a good replacement, I may by another one for the cabin!

Outstanding replacement for 40 yr old Westbend 53095
MOSTRUST Digital Dual Kitchen Timer When set to the highest alarm loudness (90 dba at the back of the timer, 88 dba at 12” in), it is loud enough to be heard two rooms away even with a TV on). This is a very nice triple timer design with ½” high digits on an LCD display and uses a 1" diameter ceramic disk resonator that is driven at 2 KHz which puts it right in the middle of the human audio spectrum where it is easily detected. The resonator is driven with two AAA batteries which are required to deliver the 90 dba output level at the back of the case (88 dba at 12” omnidirectionally) making it very effective even in a noisy kitchen and sufficient to get your attention 30 ft and three rooms away through a couple of doors and with the TV on. So it gets high marks on effectiveness. When a timer reaches zero and the audio alarm sounds, a red LED flashes illuminating the timer select button for the Alarm that is beeping. While I didn’t initially think I would use this feature, it quickly became apparent that when I have two (or more) of the same timers in the kitchen and one of them goes off, it is not immediately clear which Timer is sounding (since they are all loud). You can tell whether it is Alarm 1, 2, or 3, by the unique beep sequence (two beebs for Alarm 1, three for Alarm 2 and four for Alarm 3) but not which Timer is making the noise. The flashing red LED allows you to see from 20 ft away which one it is. The ability to store a preferred time for each alarm while still setting the timer for arbitrary times, recalling the preferred setting when you want it, is a highly useful feature. Since I cook hard boiled eggs for 14:33 but use the Timer for many other things between uses for cooking eggs, it is nice to not have need to reprogram the 14:33 each time I need to use it. I just leave Alarm 2 memory set to 14:33 then when I need to I select Alarm 2 and then press the M-button and it is set to 14:33. Not a big deal, but a clever and useful design detail. I was looking for a timer to replace two 40 yr old West Bend Model 53095 triple timers which have finally been dropped enough times that they are no longer reliable. I first tried the new West Bend model that is labeled as 50053 and discovered that it beeps at 4KHz which is outside what is considered the normal human speech spectrum, is powered by a single AAA battery, which makes it too quiet to be heard more than a few feet away (60 dba @ 3”).[note that the difference between 60 dba and 90 dba is a factor of 1000 in acoustic power which is a BIG DEAL in terms of how far away you can hear it] I then tried an OXO Good Grips Triple Kitchen Timer and found it to be unusable as the display is off except for one minute after you set it and then again when the timer goes off and the design results in very short battery life and thus excessively high operating cost. So I am happy to find an excellent and affordable replacement for a 40 year old triple timer with equal acoustic performance and a couple of additional useful features (the Memory capability, and the flashing red LED showing which Timer and which Alarm is going off). I highly recommend this one and will probably buy one more for high usage and as a spare for the time in the far distant future when there is a hard failure. Potential improvements: This timer does not provide any user feedback when a key is pressed, not a key click nor a beep. While tolerable, it is an unnecessary annoyance that could be fixed with a few lines of software (call the beep function at the beginning of the key handler) which would be a significant improvement without impacting battery life to any noticeable extent.

Great timer, but could use a backlight
This timer gets the job done. The ability to have 3 simultaneous timers counting either up or down is very helpful when cooking a dish with multiple concurrent components. It’s very handy that it has both a kickstand and magnets. Its biggest downside is the screen; I really wish it had a backlight, and the viewing angles could be better. But as long as you’re looking straight on in good lighting, it’s great.

Easy to use timer. 3 at once.
Great little timer. Easy to use and edit. I use all 3 at same time in kitchen while cooking, soaking, etc. Magnet backed sticks to fridge door. I have it on lower volume which my wife appreciates.

Weak Magnets
MOSTRUST Digital Dual Kitchen Timer Besides the usual kitchen functions, I have two requirements. It must have an attachment fitting to attach a cord so the timer can be worn around the neck, and it must have magnets to hold it securely on the refrigerator. Both requirements were claimed by this seller, and the cord attachment fitting works well. The magnet back is another matter. Here is a quote in the Amaon listing, “it is convenient to place in three ways especially its 3 STRONG MAGNET working fine on the refrigerator.” The magnets barely hold the timer to the refrigerator, but they won’t keep it in place. It always slides down as far as it can go. The seller responded to my complaint saying they had done extensive testing, and the magnets were just fine and I should just find a better magnetic surface. I tried every magnetic surface in my kitchen, range, toaster, dishwasher, washer – dryer, air fryer, toaster. The result was always the same. They are just weak magnets. To add additional proof, I mounted standard round and bar magnets to those same surfaces. They all worked well. Every magnet kitchen timer that I can find on Amazon claims strong magnets. Every review I can find that mentions magnets claim weak magnets. After my experience, I believe the reviewers. I really suspect that they are all made by the same manufacturer. They all look alike and look to be the same size. Because I suspect there is no difference in any of them, I’ll not go through the hassle of returning this one. I’ve done a work around that works very well and offer it to you if you really want to mount this timer. Place a bar magnet on the surface where you want the bottom of the timer to be. Place the timer on the surface above the bar magnet. It will slide down until it rests on the bar magnet. The weak timer magnets will keep the timer from falling off, and the bar magnet will keep it in its place.

Easy to use and well designed!
Easy to use and the magnetic base attachment lets you put it on the refrigerator. The numbers are large enough for easy reading, and you can adjust the alarm so it's loud enough to hear.
