This powder is really nice for when I have rough mornings and can’t eat anything. However the flavor is very strong and protein tasting. Even putting it with fresh fruit and milk or chocolate, it’s still very strong. I was hoping for less protein powder flavor. You also have to use an incredible amount of powder to get the full amount of nutrients. Like 1/4 cup minimum where now I am using a teaspoon and it still has a strong taste. Other than the taste it does make me feel better and I feel like I am no longer nauseous after drinking it.
