It’s great but did have a pin prick hole towards the end of the hose but wasn’t really a problem.

We used this for our bog pond filter to keep our fish pond clear. However, test for leaks BEFORE using as plastic spiral was broken causing a leak which was not visible and therefore not noticed until after installation. Hose came wrapped in clear plastic wrap, not boxed, so liable to damage during transit though we cannot confirm this was the cause in our case. Product does it’s job.

Perfect size after I got the last one wrong, straight from greenhouse to the Waterbury, lightweight and strong enough,

Pretty happy with the hose itself but it came crushed in various places. Water can still flow through but it is constricted and hard to undo. Disappointing.

The pipe looked perfectly acceptable when it arrived, but unfortunately it developed a leak around the middle of the pipe the first time I used it, which immediately raises concerns about the quality and durability of the product. I can return it, but the return postage is not covered and will probably cost almost as much as the pipe itself. On top of that, there is the cost and inconvenience of repacking it, taking it to the Post Office, and then waiting 5–7 days for the refund once the fault has been confirmed. I have therefore decided not to return it because, for an item of this value, the whole process simply is not worth the effort. This is disappointing because one of the main reasons I buy through Amazon is the expectation that faulty goods can be returned without the customer effectively having to pay for the privilege. The product itself looked fine, but a pipe that leaks on its first use is difficult to recommend.

sizing spot on, heavy duty so will last in my pond. Happy customer
