I received these brazil nuts yesterday, and they are rancid. inedible. why can't i return them?

I don't know what their return policy is. I haven't had any problem with them. I have purchased them twice. Maybe complain to AMazon?

christmas day present. found the seal was already broken and there was visible moisture in the container. guaranteed?? no return allowed??
