Absolutely love this product. It saves on so much bottled water and tastes great. I love that. It’s a fairly compact countertop unit. Definitely recommend this product.

Exactly what I wanted! Trying to minimize toxins in my home and a friend recommended this brand. After some research it came up as one of the top options and I love the glass caraf. Definitely doable for one person might be too small for more than one if you’re using this water for everything and don’t like the idea of refilling it multiple times a day.

It came in big box well wrapped. The water purifier had every thing I needed to start it. Read the directions and it was easy. The only thing is it does have alot of waste water. But you can use that waste water to water plants, so you don't have to feel guilty about wasting it. I have city water and you can taste the chemicals to treat it. I have been using this for 2 days and already my eczema is improved a little and it has no funny taste, nice & clean & clear. Bonus! No more plastic bottles! I just fill my water jug and I'm good to go! the glass Carafe is solid and big enough to fit in the fridge but not to big where it takes a lot of room. If you have a travel camper it will fit nicely on the counter. It takes about 12 minutes to fill the carafe.

Fantastic; although, when filler tank is full it tilts back a half inch. This is a design flaw that could have been avoided.

My water stinks and foul tasting, this tabletop reverse osmosis system is top of the line. My water now has a meaning, no foul smell and taste as good as any purified bottled water. I have the smart carafe. It tells me everything I need to know about what's in my tap water. What chemicals are being removed, and how soon I will need to change my filters. Best for your bucks.

My unit stopped filtering water about a month into use. I called support who had me descale the unit and replace the RO filter, none of which helped. It should also be noted that I live in San Francisco where the water is extremely soft to begin with. Since this initial triaging, I've called support on 3 different occasions asking for help and requesting a new unit based on the warranty I purchased. I'm 4 months in and still nothing. The unit is extremely finicky; the triage support I'm now getting are basic feedback points like 'make sure you tightly securing the water well' and 'ensure the carafe sensor is pushed all the way in.' Frankly, it's been a nightmare. Save yourself time and frustration, purchase a filtration system elsewhere.

I should have bought this earlier! Well filtration speed is quite slow and it makes some noise so please consider this prior to your purchase. I check water with TDS meter and before filtration it’s 350 TDS and it goes down to 30 after purifying it. Great to keep shrimp tank and ultrasound humidifiers

Big difference in taste compared to bottled water. Only wish the tanks was bigger. We'll see 1 year from now.
