I’ve been taking this iron supplement to help with fatigue and low iron symptoms. The capsules are easy to take and haven’t upset my stomach at all. I do feel more energized and less lightheaded, especially on busier days when I’m moving around a lot.That said, the dosage is pretty high—36mg is much more than what you’d find in many daily multivitamins. Iron can build up in the body and isn’t something to take casually. I only started taking this because my doctor recommended a higher dose based on blood work. It’s definitely something to use with guidance, not just for general wellness.For me, it’s been helpful, but I’d really suggest checking with a doctor before starting something this strong.

This review is for the Vykee iron supplement. It is 36 mg, once a day, & used for increasing energy by increasing red blood cell production. This particular kind is vegan, non-GMO and soy free. It helps support the immune system, this one is gentle on the stomach and absorbs well. Some use it for muscle cramps. this bottle is big enough for four months supply holding 120 capsules. I haven’t taken it long enough yet to say for sure how I will feel using it , but would recommend it if you need an energy boost or are low on iron.
