I’ve been taking this iron supplement to help with fatigue and low iron symptoms. The capsules are easy to take and haven’t upset my stomach at all. I do feel more energized and less lightheaded, especially on busier days when I’m moving around a lot. That said, the dosage is pretty high—36mg is much more than what you’d find in many daily multivitamins. Iron can build up in the body and isn’t something to take casually. I only started taking this because my doctor recommended a higher dose based on blood work. It’s definitely something to use with guidance, not just for general wellness.
