Review: Taste much better than capsules - They taste quite good. Much better than trying to choke down the capsules or, for those who cannot swallow pills, trying to eat applesauce mixed with nac powder. It is easy to get my kid to eat these gummies.

We use Natural Calm magnesium a lot bc it's great quality, but it's a hassle to make and pretty sour. I love them. Only complaint (which is my fault for not reading) is they have melatonin in them. Fine for me, but I got these to share with my kiddo, who likes to take Mag after his workouts. It's a little too strong on the melatonin to give him consistently (I don't want him to build a tolerance at a young age). He did agree they were also super tasty. Would continue to buy for myself, hoping to find one similar but without melatonin for him.
