I bought this supplement because I was looking for an easy way to take magnesium without having to swallow capsules, and it has been a good choice. The flavor is pleasant and dissolves quickly in the water, so it is taken without problem. I have been using it for several days as part of my nightly routine and I like the feeling of relaxation that leaves me before going to sleep. In addition, the fact that it includes vitamin D3, L-theanine and lion's mane makes it feel like a more complete product. The variety of flavors is also a plus because it prevents it from becoming repetitive. I would definitely buy it again.

THIS IS AMAZING. It actually works. I feel great. I accidentally used one of these in my tumbler while driving out of town (thought i grabbed electrolyte mix) and almost needed to pull over. My eyes were heavy. The flavor is good and I'm so glad this is in powder form. I have MTHFR and don't absorb well through gut. This instantly kicks in and I know I'm getting all the good stuff absorbed. Definitely helps with sleep if you mix it with a small amount of water so you're not getting up to potty middle of night. Highly recommend.
