【Eat More Beans】 Organic Steamed Bean Snack, Perfect Mix (2oz, 10packs)

I got these to keep my blood sugar good as a snack during work. I thought they were going to be hand snacks like dry but they're not. They're basically just cooked beans but without any extra liquid in the bag which is amazing because they're not messy. You do need a spoon or a fork to eat them obviously, I just tear off the top and put a little hot sauce or salt and pepper on them and stir it and I have an instant little 110 calorie bean snack. I have liver disease so I have difficulty balancing my blood sugar, so this is literally the perfect work snack in between breakfast and lunch for me. They do have a tiny bit of salt in the cooking process, but other than that they're very plain. I was very happy with them, but honestly I feel the price was a bit high. It comes out to about $2 per bag! Which is a lot for beans. They gave me the idea to maybe just really rinse well some cans of beans and then just bring them in a container to work lol It's much cheaper. They're cooked perfectly though, definitely not the chance of getting mushy beans like you do in the can. If the price drops I will get them again. Other than that I'm going to make the bean salad myself

Great snack, super healthy, very high quality, delicious. Can't top VanBrunt's 2022 review, spot on except that now the products is even more expensive, $3.30 per unit, which is much too high. Would be happy at old price point of $2 per packet.

AH-mazingly terrific! I have been searching for something like this for years and was thrilled to see that such a product existed. Yes, at first, I was a bit turned off by the price however, my desire to have healthy food at my avail won out and I ordered a box. YES! As soon as it arrived, I opened a package and sat in bliss enjoying eating real food, prepared perfectly and was more than satisfied with my decision. Oh, at this time, I am in a rehab center/nursing home, receiving physical therapy, and the food is NOT conducive to good health. These beans are a life saver for me to augment my return to better health. Please consider getting some of these for someone YOU might know who could benefit from shelf stable, organic protein and fiber which is not only easy to eat, but delicious.

Im trying to get more fiber without going over my carb limit. Opening a whole can of beans is too much. These are a bit dry, and some were hard or shriveled, but they are easy to heat up with some sauce or eat cold with salad dressing, and GREAT for throwing some on a salad, or into soup.

I was looking for a healthy alternative to mixed nuts and decided to try this 'Perfect Mix.' To my surprise, the flavor is excellent and the texture is really satisfying. They have officially replaced my usual salty snacks. I am so happy with them that I just bought another box and subscribe to keep the pantry stocked!

These are really great for traveling! As a vegan it is very hard to find healthy options away from home. These are perfect to add to salads or just eat on the plane right out of the package.
