This works and is comfortable
This worked for me. I slept for 6 hours on an international plane flight with no neck pain, and I was comfortable. The eyemask was good at keeping light out. I used earplugs, but the added material over your ears also helped keep more noise out. I would use it again for sure. This mask should be a must for anyone sitting in a middle seat, who wants to sleep. I would just make sure that the plane you are going on has the headrest that this mask requires; some planes do not. I think the airlines should provide these masks to all their customers, like they do with headphones.

Helps to sleep on flights.
Love this! I have used it on a few flights now and was able to sleep without my head bobbing all over. I slip a heated eye mask on then fasten the eye mask portion on top and doze off. I attach it to the outside of my bag so it doesn't take up space on the inside. The portion that attaches to the airline seat back is adjustable for different seats. I haven't tried it in the car yet.

Decent for long haul flights
These keep your head up, but I my head kept getting too hot after an hour or so. However, my wife loved hers and wore it six hours at a time.

Just Buy It - it's a must!
Just used it from my cross-country flight and I'm about to order another one for the wife - was exactly what I needed! And the fact that it's so reasonably priced (please don't raise it), and FSA/HSA eligible, it's not a contest. I'm a frequent traveler but recently it's become a more cross country trek and after the last 2 red eye flights where I felt terrible I needed to find something and every review I looked at for the pillows - were just not good - but this actually solved the problem of keeping your head upright and comfortable.

Finally slept on a plane
I cannot sleep on planes no matter how long the trip. Bought this- slept for the first time ever on a plane. Only downside- since it holds your head up, mouth falls open. Woke up to drool all over my chin. I’m sure the flight attendants got a good chuckle.

Most comfortable and supportive head rest
The best thing to have during long flights. Forget a neck pillow - this is 10/10 supportive and comfortable.

Vey comfortable.
Very comfortable! Used this on a 9 hour flight with another "candy cane inflatable pillow". Did not attach it to seat back but I still loved it! Worked perfectly in conjunction with the candy cane inflatable.

Cumbersome, didn't work for me
Didn't really work for me. I'm 6' tall, 185 lbs. Felt ok at first, but as I started to fall asleep 4 hours into an overnight trans-Atlantic flight, my body relaxed and sagged a bit. But the mask is vertically relatively fixed. Result was my head was pulled backward slightly, and my neck and shoulders still wanted to go forward. Very uncomfortable at that point, waking me up. Installing it on the headrest is cumbersome to do while seated, especially on a crowded flight in coach. Some aircraft headrests would not permit its use, though all of my flights on my most recent trips, were the headrests were compatible. Bottom line, I won't be taking it on my next trip.
