The Ultimate Budget-Friendly Ergonomic Chair
Great value for the price. In this bracket, this chair holds its own really well. The headrest and lumbar support are both practical—the lumbar stays locked in place without bouncing. The real hidden gem is the adjustable seat depth; its wrapped mesh edge never cuts into the back of my legs. The sliding footrest is comfortable. The 3D headrest and multi-directional armrests make it easy to customize my setup and eliminate neck strain. The breathable mesh keeps me cool, and the seat offers the ideal balance of firmness and comfort. Assembly was straightforward and took about 30 minutes start to finish. Overall, with its high-tier ergonomics, smooth recline, and phenomenal build quality, this chair offers outstanding comfort and value.

Worth Every Penny
I’ve been using the FLEXISPOT ErgoX for several weeks now, and it has made a noticeable difference in my comfort during the workday. I spend long hours at my desk, and this chair provides the support I was looking for without sacrificing comfort. The dynamic lumbar support is one of the standout features. It moves with you and provides consistent lower back support throughout the day, which helps reduce fatigue. The breathable mesh keeps me cool, even during long work sessions, and the overall design feels ergonomic and thoughtfully engineered. I also appreciate how adjustable everything is. The armrests, recline function, and headrest make it easy to customize the chair to fit my body and preferred sitting position. The built-in footrest is a nice bonus and perfect for leaning back and relaxing during breaks. Assembly was straightforward, and the chair feels sturdy, high-quality, and well made. Nothing rattles or feels cheap, and it has a premium look that fits well in a home office. If you’re looking for an ergonomic office chair that offers excellent support, comfort, and adjustability, I highly recommend the FLEXISPOT ErgoX. It has exceeded my expectations and has been a great upgrade to my workspace.

Amazing chair
This ergonomic chair has completely upgraded my WFH setup. The dynamic lumbar support and breathable mesh seat keep me comfortable and cool through 8+ hour workdays. The 3D armrests are easily adjustable to match desk height, and the built-in footrest paired with the recline function is absolute luxury for breaks. Premium build quality, easy assembly, and incredible comfort!

Happy with this Chair
I like this chair a lot. It was easy to assemble, feels to be made of quality construction and materials, and is comfortable. I can sit all day in it as I work from home and remain comfortable. My previous chair was old and my back, hips , and legs would ache after a while. I no longer have this issues using a new chair. My only criticism is that the chair’s height cannot be adjusted. Fortunately for my 5’8” frame the height is just right where my feet can rest flat on the ground and my knees are at a 90 deg angle. You can adjust seat depth which may work for most people to get their legs where they want. The recline and leg rest are features I really enjoy. I do have to adjust the head rest based on when I am upright vs reclined but it’s a welcome option for me when I need a break. I also give kudos for the inclusion of spare fasteners. During assembly 1 fastener wasn’t threading in, but the spare worked and I was grateful to have it.

Highly recommended for long work/study hours
Absolutely love this desk chair! From the moment I sat down, I could tell it was built with comfort and quality in mind. The ergonomic design provides excellent back support, making long work sessions so much easier on my posture. The cushioning is just the right balance, not too firm, not too soft and the adjustable features (height, tilt, armrests) make it easy to customize to my setup. Assembly was straightforward, and the materials feel durable and well-made. It also looks sleek and modern, which is a nice bonus for my workspace. I’ve noticed a real difference in my productivity and overall comfort since switching to this chair. Highly recommend it to anyone who spends a lot of time at their desk!

The Chair Does Not Hold Up To Normal Use
The chair is terrible quality. For reference I am 6'7" and 400 lbs. The chair states that it will hold over 500 lbs. The spring pneumatic canister that keeps the chair's height setting already has a leak and so I spend most of the time feeling as though I am sitting on the floor. The chair's headrest and armrests do not hold position and never have. It is nice you can move the different parts of the chair into any position that you would like, but repositioning oneself in the chair is terrible as the arms will "slide out" under the pressure of repositioning. The head rest kept its position for a little, btu now it falls down if I try and rest back on it. The back on the chair: when moving the back will ratchet up to the top of it's position which is it's release point, then fall down to the lowest position. Every single time I get into this chair I have to reset all of the bits and pieces to get them where I want them. At that point I am comfortable (except for the headrest now) but if I reposition my self all the settings go wonky and I have to redo everything. There are better made chairs out there for half the price. I have MD so I was looking for something more comfortable for my large frame, but this was not it.

Exceeded my expectations / Do not hesitate to try this chair!
I should start by saying I own another Flexispot chair that cost twice as much and I've been very pleased with it. In fact, it's one of the many reasons I considered purchasing this chair. First, I was really nervous that this chair would not be quality and I might be disappointed since most of it is plastic. However, my initial impression proves me wrong. Despite its mostly plastic build, it's very good quality. I am a small woman with severe arthritis and I had little difficulty in putting this together. The step by step instructions were very clear but admittedly, step 1 made me a little frustrated to figure out. It was not easy, but within a relatively short period of time, I got it figured it out. After that, everything went together very quickly. Took me about 30 mins start to finish. I wasn't expecting to enjoy the footrest - as my other chair's footrest was not as comfortable. This, exceeded my expectations. The footrest pulls out to the perfect length and it sits high enough to leave your legs feeling rested (again, I'm 5'2" so I'm relatively short). It's very padded and comfortable. I also purchased the padded seat as I find the mesh a bit uncomfortable during the summer season when I wear shorts - my skin is super sensitive. After sitting on this chair only about an hour, I love it. It's very firm but squishy. I can't speak to how it'll hold up over time, but if it does - I absolutely love the comfort. I wish there was more adjustability with the arms but I think it's very nice given the price point. I love the back rest - but I will say it takes some people a little time to get used to. Even I didn't like it the first time I experienced it - but now, I can't go without it. I have severe spine issues and this backrest has helped so much when it comes to sitting at my desk for hours on end each day. The color is exactly as pictured and the fabric is very nice. Again, I can't speak to how it'll hold up over time but the warranty itself is phenomenal leaving me not concerned at all. Flexispot has always had the best customer service and I would trust shopping with them at any price point. I own multiple sit/stand desks and now two chairs - this is a very reputable company! Lastly, the item was shipped and packaged well - everything came perfectly wrapped and easy to unbox. Thank you for yet another great chair!

For the cost, I'd expect confidence but its ok. Not worth the cost, though.
For the cost upwards from 300 usd, you'd think something durable and reliable. First, it is a great looking chair. It was easy to assemble this particular model. Use has been ok so far. I do wonder how this has a 10-year warranty. It feels cheap. Held together modularly with bolts (installed with a hex wrench). This is my second gaming/office ergonomic chair. My first one is still in really decent shape but I had to replace the chair base with a heavier duty one. I upgraded the wheels from caster to the roller blade type. Best decision. The headrest is good. The arm rests are near articulating which is ok. The seat is wide enough for me. The back support is decent. However, it feels flimsy. The armrests are connected to the back support frame and the length of the arms are long enough to where it feels like a heavier (than me at 250) person could break them when using them to push up off the seat. There is no real convenient way to tighten them so they are too adjustable and firm like they should be. The seat is mesh and ok. Wide enough for my hiney but just right. Any wider than me and it could be uncomfortable. The seat mesh feels like a tight hammock. I think the meshing might weaken within 10 years. I would suggest getting the model with a pad instead. The lumbar support is ok. Again made with flimsy plastic and mesh. At first, I could not get the support height to stay in place because it kept sliding back down. Then I realized (from the armrests) that it "ratchets" up to a certain height before sliding back down. Once you ratchet up to the position you like after a few clicks, it stays in place. It will take a few times to work with it. Same ratcheting adjustment applies to the armrests and head/neck support. This wasn't explained in the manual. To me, an adjustment knob would be easier to use to tighten up on the position desired. Speaking of adjustment knob, the one underneath the seat doesn't seem to do anything. Clockwise for firmness increase. CCW for reducing firmness. I have it turned clockwise all the way and it hasn't adjusted anything (and is now stuck). The gas cylinder should have a better taper. Because right now, it seems to barely hold up within in the base cylinder. I had to add some cut up aluminum can shims to tighten up around the cylinder. I don't think it will last and probably push through the cylinder base at some point. I also don't think this cylinder is a class 4. The casters are decent but are likely to break. Luckily I still have my roller blade type replacements to switch out with. They are MUCH better. The chair base is 28-inches and made of aluminum alloy I think. SO I think it is ok but I feel like the cylinder receiving ring on the base might eventually widen. I am comparing this to a replacement base I purchased (from Amazon) which I have much more confidence in its reliability and durability. (I'd switch it out but cannot take it off at the moment). So I do not think the base will last 10 years. Finally, the back support is L-shaped and made from plastic. It is of unibody construction. It is support to my weight (with back against it). The armrests are also connected to it as well as the back/lumbar/headrest support. Then that whole setup is mounted underneath the chair with four bolts. I fear that the L-frame may break one of these days as Iean back as it was intended by design. When that happens, the whole chair becomes useless. I like and appreciate its simplicity of design but not its durability. I would've have suggested steel reinforcement within the L-frame or construct the frame with steel. Day in and day out usage might see some failure within 10 years. I'm only using it when I work from home 3-4 days a week. I could not use this 5-days a week at a normal work schedule. It is comfortable but NOT that comfortable. It is an ergonomic chair so it isn't meant to be comfortable. If you want that then get a padded much more expensive leather chair. So, I would not recommend this chair at the upward cost from 300 USD. Maybe 200. My previous gaming chair is sturdier and feels durable. And that one only cost me $130 (with vibrating lumbar support) and a handle release for reclining. The seat depth is a must. This current one said 47" but it doesn't seem like that. I have it adjusted all the way out and it still doesn't meet the bend at my knee (my previous chair does). If you can get this chair for under 200 then maybe. It is at a lightning deal now for 323. I would still say no. I cannot even find this brand/model on the manufacturer's website anymore (so that says something).

Good quality chair
This is a beautiful chair, and for most people would work very well. Every adjustment imaginable. For me it didn't work because the lumbar support is quite aggressive and I have a scoliosis that doesn't tolerate being curved the opposite way. I purchased the chair because the lumbar support is adjustable. But even at its lowest setting it was still too much for my back. But that said this is an excellent chair. Just didn't work for my problem.
