Unfortunately, this product looks nothing like the photos. The cushions are extremely thin—you can feel the chair frame underneath—and the fabric feels like low-end polyester. Overall, the quality is disappointing, and they appear smaller in person than expected. We’re returning them.

Comes packed neatly in a small box which was great. When the wrapping was opened, I expected some inflation in the cushion once air was introduced but that didn't happen. It's been over a month and its still pretty flat. I actually have two blankets folded underneath this cushion for padding and it still needs adjustments. The cushion is fine for intermittent usage but not a daily situation as its not enough stability or cushioning. Not comfortable for extended periods.
