Good little suitcase
Worked well on a 5 week travel tour across all surfaces and many of them not easy on the wheels. Can fit alot inside! Would buy again.

Holds up well after many trips.
I really like this suitcase. It looks nice, it's very lightweight but still sufficiently sturdy, it fits easily in overhead compartments. Zipper feels like it could stand to be a little more robust, but I've been careful when zipping it up and no issues so far.

Immediately broke - no reply from the company
If I could give 0 stars, I would. Bought the carryon and on my first trip the handle would not retract into the body of the suitcase. I tried and tried. Stranger's in the airport tried to help. Nothing worked. So I was forced to break the handle so I could get the bag on the plane. When I have tried (multiple times) to contact the seller via their website - crickets. Not even an acknowledgment that I sent them.an email in my inbox. Shady company that isn't even going to reply to me with some excuse as to why the problem isn't their problem. If you buy this, hopefully you don't get a defected product or you'll be out some cash.

Quality Hard Shelf suitcase with study wheels and handle
I have taken the suitcase on two long distance trips and quite impressed with the performance. The hard shelf is of high quality. The wheels (two per leg) are sturdy and move/glide smoothly with minimal effort even on carpeted surfaces. The handle is also very sturdy. The location of the lock (which is on the longer side) may be a little inconvenient for older folks because one has to almost knee down to set the lock. I would have preferred the lock to be on the shorter side (i.e. on the top when the suitcase is place upright). I highly recommend this suitcase for a 7- to 10-day trip.
