This chair is amazing! first of all , I am 6'3, 300 lbs. and I sit and work in it 8 hours a day. The cushioning is outstanding even for a big guy like me. One of the best features are the adjustable arm rests. Most armrests are usually to low because of my height. Not these, they are perfect, almost like sitting in a recliner. And then to put the cherry on top, add in massage and heat. I was thinking these ywo features however cool it may sound, probably wouldnt make a huge difference. I was wrong! Heat is great, and the massage can be felt and is very soothing. Kudos for a well made product at a good price.

The quality of the chair is below what is advertised. The left arm rest does not function correctly and neither does the heat/massage function. The chair itself is uncomfortable. I can actually feel the screws holding the base together when I am sitting in the chair. The only good thing about this purchase is the ease of assembly. It went together pretty easy and the instructions were well written. Based on my experience with this product and manufacturer I would not recommend this chair.

Super comfortable and the massage + heat are a big bonus. I sit in it for hours and it’s been great for my back. Easy to put together too. Definitely happy with this purchase!

Perfect chair but footrest needs a little tweaking.

This chair is not comfortable. Their is this lift in the seat of the chair where it causes your circulation to be cut-off. I have even put padding to see if that helps and it doesn't. I sit straight and the back of the chair doesn't come straight up so my back hurts. This is the worse chair that I have ever purchased. I wish I would have returned this chair as soon as I put it together but everyone was like give it a chance because of all the other features. Do not buy.

Easy to put together. A couple directions did not make sense, but still able to get it figured out. Very comfortable, Massage feature is OK. I haven't tried the heat feature yet. Rolls really nicely on the floor (I have laminated floors).

Buy it! It's really nice and comfortable to sit for hours. It reclines so far back with the leg extension you can take a 3 hr nap

Paddings wornout in less than 10 months, broke wiring and back frame twisted. Do not buy. This thing will make your back hurt. This one goes in the dumpster.
