These vitamins are really good! IQ Biology gives you so much more than just the hair and nail vitamins, others don't! It truly is a complex daily vitamin as well. After just a week, my fine hair had more body and looked healthier. It takes twice as long to blow dry now, any of you with super fine hair will understand what that means, it's so great! My hair actually has oils in it again! The third week, I have little baby hairs popping up in front and down my part. I even have more energy! I highly recommend these vitamins! Your skin will have more life too! You my even break out a little bit until your skin gets used to having oils again, but it does go away, and your skin will glow again. I gave 3 stars because I only started taking it a couple weeks ago so I don’t feel like it’s been enough time to really see results. I took nutriful for about 6 months and didn’t notice anything different with hair growth. Perhaps nothing will work for me.

So I just turned 35 and was beginning to see a bit of fine lines around my eyes and my skin just looked dull. I just finished my first bottle and had already ordered a 2nd and now im ordering a 3rd while it's on sale. It makes my skin glow and look healthy and my nails are growing in healthier too. I absolutely love this stuff. For the price even if paying full price look at it this way... this is a multivitamin with iron and b12, but it also has keratin, magnesium,collagen, omega 3 fatty acids and more. All this in 2 easy to swallow capsules. It's by far worth the price for all these little capsules pack inside. Within 2 weeks I began noticing a difference in my skin on my face. And now after 4 weeks, it's glowing and looks healthy (other than pimples but I'm taking a hormone gummy that'll hopefully help with that) if you can keep coming back and look for when it's on sale for 20 dollars. Even so it's worth it for the 30. I will continue to buy these for as long as they are being sold.

My hair stopped falling out. I've been taking for like 3 months daily now. What made me start taking it is because my hair is getting very thin and when I was shower and wash my hair it would just come out and clumps. It was depressing and disturbing and it that rate I knew I would be bald. About a month after taking the supplements I noticed that when I wash my hair now there's a little shutting but nothing abnormal like before. I don't necessarily think my hair looks thicker, but it's definitely not falling out at the insane rate that it was. Sitting here is hereditary in my family for the women so I know there's only so much supplements can do but you will have to pry these from my cold dead hands because they have helped me. Also I feel like the thinning at the top is visibly reduced because once again it's not falling out in Clumps. Also I had blood work done two months after taking it and I'm not anemic anymore which is something I've been for years so I think it's safe to say it is from the supplements as well.
