I have had this meat press for a couple of weeks now and used it several times already trying different recipes for lunch meat and homemade gyro meat. I’ve done the cooking in a large stock pot as a sous vide and it worked great. The press works well, especially with optional cooking bags.

This was my first time trying a meat press and I will say this was SO EASY, tiny bit of oil inside on the surfaces and no sticking, makes super fresh and yummy lunchmeat!!

Great price for what you get. Is similar to some of the higher priced ones I have tried. Only complaint is the handle rattles a little while cooking. Has held up well with use and dishwasher safe!

Made my deli meat with my own ingredients and I worked out great after I sliced. It lasted me a long time.

Ive owned a few different ham presses and this design has a good nuod quality and some very smart features. For example: - a handle that collapses allows it to fit in a smaller pot, requiring less water - a bigger hole at the top allows for use with a digital thermometer like those for candy making - there is a stop on the threads to making closing it easier by preventing over tightening This is probably the best one on Amazon

I got this on a whim because I miss chipped meat turkey loaf (don't judge me XD). It looked a little daunting in the pictures in the listing, but it was actually really easy to use. I ordered this to save money, but I feel like, after buying the things I needed to make a full loaf, I spent more money than I normally would. So, for me, this is kind of useless. I think it would work better for people who buy so much meat that they would use this to handle the excess. But I'm not that person.
