This is a Great hands-free bathroom faucet. I did a lot of shopping before I bought this faucet here on Amazon. I actually ordered another similar faucet from Home Deport that was going to cost about 50% more than this ultimately did. I got a link that said I could get that original unit for about 20% less at Walmart. Sure enough, they would have sold it cheaper. So, I went to Home Depot and asked them to match the price. After some haggling, they did. Unfortunately HD sent me the wrong finish; turns out they were out of stock of my finish; they should have never sent me the unit with the wrong finish, so I returned it and got my money back. Had I not checked the finish BEFORE the plumber got to my house, I'd have paid more to send the plumber home than the cost of the damn spout. Long story a little shorter -- This unit was significantly cheaper, and I actually like the style better. Very good finish. My wife was very concerned that the battery unit that controls the hot and cold mix was going to fail. According to the provided info, it looks like one could just change the 4 batteries after 1.0-1.5 years and that should eliminate that concern. Last, I wouldn't attempt to do the installation and balancing of the hot/cold. Hire a qualified plumber to install the unit. The only think I would do to improve this unit would be to put a handle or button on the unit that could adjust the temperature from up top rather than below under the sink. Having said that, I had the plumber set the temp to warm, but because of the water line from the heater is a bit far away, it behaves just like it did before this install. Draw the water; it starts out cold, and then gradually gets warm. So, no difference which is just fine the way it is. Gorgeous unit. Yes, I'd buy it again, even if it was 50% more. BTW, I also bought a companion drain in the same finish, but this was an additional cost which I also had the plumber install (you'll want to have your drain area 'cleaned' then too). Together the two of them really make the sink area 'pop.'

Works, but the flow splashes a lot. Also chrome finish is not the best..

Purchased two faucets and neither one included the cover plate like it was mentioned in description. Very disappointed. Had to use my old cover plates. It specifically said cover plate was included.

Water comes out with higher pressure than expected but it’s a good thing. Has worked seamlessly and looks really nice. Batteries are easy to install and packing says they last up to 7000 washes off the top of my head.
